Search Process

After receiving the online form and payment, we go ahead and schedule the search. We usually ask our customers to submit as much information as possible so that we know where to search. We ask for the following:

Google Map ( if the customer is not on the island)

Pictures of the ring.

Pictures and or videos of the place.

In order for us to understand where you lost your ring, we need as much detail as possible. If weather conditions provide an environment for searching, we usually take the request immediately. We have helped lots of visitors recover their rings! Help us help you with the search

Method of Booking

Upon receiving payment via payment, we will schedule the search immediately.

Payment and Refund 

As soon as we receive payment, we do our very best to search the area to find your lost item. Because all of our searches require a lot of physical effort, we can't issue a refund if the item is not found. Usually, the search is between 1 - 3 hrs depending on where the item is located and the complexity of the job. The fee covers time, and travel time to get to the location.
