After receiving the online form and payment, we go ahead and schedule the search. We usually ask our customers to submit as much information as possible so that we know where to search. We ask for the following:
Google Map ( if the customer is not on the island)
Pictures of the ring.
Pictures and or videos of the place.
Payment and Refund
As soon as we receive payment, we do our very best to search the area to find your lost item. Because all of our searches require a lot of physical effort, we can't issue a refund if the item is not found.
